-The Second Amendment to the Constitution's Bill of Rights declares that "A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."  There you have it &mdash; it's a right, not a privilege and it belongs to the People, not to the state.
-Such simple, straightforward and honest language.  You'd think that no one would ever have any trouble figuring it out. You'd also be astonished at the contortions [[gun grabbers]] will twist themselves (and the truth) into, in their frantic wishes that it said something &mdash; ''anything'' &mdash; else.
