Cor-Bon is a brand of small arms ammunition produced by Dakota Ammo Incorporated. The company, based in Sturgis, South Dakota, was founded in 1982 by Peter Pi.
The company is known among other things for the development of the 400 CorBon cartridge, essentially a .45ACP case necked-down to accept .40 caliber bullets, to which many guns chambered in .45ACP can easily be converted. [1]
